My Order

Can orders be modified or canceled after placing them?

Yes, you can modify or cancel orders depending on the stage. Please check the details on what can be modified or canceled at each order stage. Order updates will be sent to your email address as the process progresses.

What if I entered incorrect information?

Please contact the customer service to request the correction of incorrect information and make changes before shipping.

If the delivery has already been completed, additional costs may be incurred due to incorrect information.

What to do if the delivery of my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please review the track & trace details from the shipping courier for updates.

Delays could be due to customs payment or missing import documentation. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance or further inquiries.

I did not receive an order confirmation.

Please allow a few minutes for your order confirmation to arrive. Check your spam folder as well. If you haven't received confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us here.

Shipping

What are your delivery times?

We ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on the destination:

  • United States: UPS - 3-5 business days
  • All countries outside the U.S.: UPS International - 10-15 business days

Please be aware that certain countries, remote areas, or islands may experience extended delivery times. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as customs delays or deliveries to remote locations.

Where can I find the tracking link for my order?

All packages are shipped with track and trace services, and tracking details will be emailed separately. Remember to check your spam folder in case the email is redirected there. If you haven't received the tracking link, please contact help@grapick.com.

How much is the shipping cost?

Our shipping is free for purchases over USD $59. For orders under USD $59, there is an additional charge of $5.59.

Please note that local taxes and/or import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping cost.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we provide global shipping through UPS International. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Colorado, United States.

International shipping fees are calculated separately based on your location and the size of the item. Please check during the ordering process.

Currently, we are unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine due to import restrictions.

All packages come with track and trace capabilities, and tracking details will be emailed separately once your order is shipped.

Imfortant note: that releasing the signature on your delivery is at your own risk, and we will not be liable if the package is lost or stolen.

Is the picture frame included?

The frame is not included. We are preparing to sell high-quality frames separately.

What about the paper/print quality?

We use Museum grade paper. The museum grade 210 gsm paper is archival, ensuring long-term preservation without yellowing.

The latest printing techniques deliver vibrant colors and sharp details that match your boldest designs.

Do you offer custom sizes?

We do not currently offer custom sizes, but if you have a design in mind, please contact us! We are here to assist you at any time.

Payment / Refunds

What kind of payment is accepted?

We accept payments only through PayPal at the moment.

However, we are planning to add more payment methods in the near future.

How do I return my order?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after receiving your order. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of receipt.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in their original condition and packaging, with no damage. This includes the original undamaged packing or a similar protective tube or box.

It's important to note that all returns are at your own risk and expense.

How do I return a poster?

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. However, if the product you received is damaged or was damaged due to our mistake, we will resend the same product to you.

If you are dissatisfied with the product received, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and keep you updated via email on our progress.
