Refund Policy products are custom-made items that are printed right after you place your order, and we hope you love our products. However, we're here to help if there are any issues.

Please send us photos and your order confirmation to our customer support email within 30 days of delivery. We'll update you on the refund progress and details.

Upon submission, you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase/order.
  • Items must be unused/unworn.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Bulk orders (20+ items) cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer exchanges.


If Shipping Has Started

We understand there may be cases where you need to request a refund for your order. However, if the shipping carrier has marked the order as shipped or delivered, it cannot be canceled.


Damaged/Defective Products

If an issue is reported with photo evidence to the support email shown in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery, a free replacement or refund will be provided.
